The short version: we collect what you type into the invitation form, we use it to put the room together, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

When you request an invitation: your name, email, what brings you (a seat, the demo, or partnership), what you're building, buying, or backing, and — if you give one — who vouches for you. Like every website, our hosting provider also processes basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to serve the page, and each request reaches us with an approximate location (city and country) derived from the IP address.

What we use it for

Reading your request, assembling guest lists, and contacting you about PROOF. That's it. We don't sell or rent personal information. No advertising, no analytics — this site sets no cookies at all.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare hosts the site. Resend delivers our emails. Microsoft 365 runs the inbox your request lands in. beehiiv holds the mailing list for occasional updates once you're on it. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when the page loads. Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

How long we keep it

As long as it's relevant to running the series. Ask us to delete your information at any time: [email protected].

Your choices

Email us to see, correct, or erase what we hold about you. Any broadcast we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Minors

The site and the events are not directed to minors, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
